We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service / Sales Support professional in Secaucus, New Jersey.

The role primarily involves managing customer accounts, processing applications, and handling inquiries within the retail e-commerce sector.

The individual will be working closely with various teams and vendors, requiring strong skills in data entry and SAP.

Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently handle customer credit applications while maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Keep up-to-date and precise records of customer credit
  • Collaborate with credit, sales delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Effectively manage tickets relating to inventory blocks, holds, and allocations
  • Regularly interact with sales representatives to manage accounts
  • Undertake thorough research to resolve complex customer issues
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
  • Work closely with large vendors such as Cosco, Walmart
  • Show high attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Handle contract creation and provide insights on the same.
  • Proficiency in Data Entry with high level of accuracy and speed
  • Experience in SAP software for efficient management of business operations and customer relations
  • Prior experience in Call Center Customer Service, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Retail E-Commerce, with the ability to manage online sales and understand consumer behavior
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills to keep track of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools related to customer service and sales support.
