You will act as a change agent to help establish common goals and create alliances across the hospital organization to optimize success.
This is a high-visibility role and will include daily interaction with our site leaders and executive leadership team. It may also include direct and indirect accountability of teams performing the daily analytical activities and improvement initiatives to drive revenue cycle performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance improvement efforts by demonstrating an ability to personally identify and resolve complex revenue cycle challenges, then coach your team to adopt a similar approach.
- You will program manage in a matrixed environment. This is truly an exciting time of transformation and provides tremendous opportunity for lasting impact and influence.
- Work products will include financial analyses, process performance report creation, model and tool development, process flows, group meeting facilitation, and client relationship development.
- Active collaboration and standardization with various shared service functions to develop a one-team mindset.
- Interface with client executives and key customer contact points to report out on performance and address concerns on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of revenue cycle, finance or patient accounting experience, with 8+ years of management and leadership experience.
- A strong understanding of revenue cycle operations within an acute hospital, psychiatric hospital or surgery center setting and / or demonstrated, relevant domain knowledge.
- Experience solving problems in fast-paced high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, while acting as a role model and coaching team members.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $121,915.50 - $190,173.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
