We are currently seeking to add a Civil Project Manager to our Land Development team.

Join our passionate team of civil engineers and make a lasting impact on land development projects. We offer a collaborative environment where you'll contribute to all phases of development, from initial vision to final construction.

Your expertise will be instrumental in creating effective designs for a diverse range of projects from senior living facilities to commercial spaces and vibrant neighborhoods.

We are looking for a self-motivated Land Development Project Manager with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovative solutions.

You’ll be technically knowledgeable with strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to bring their vision to life.

The typical salary range for this position is $117,000 to $155,000 and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.

This is a full-time position with benefits.

Civil Project Manager Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients’ expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents. Including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.

Civil Project Manager Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) licensed in Washington. (Oregon a plus.)
  • 10+ years of engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects.
  • Ability to manage projects independently.
  • Initiative-taking with a desire to deliver excellent client service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
