Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in consultative sales in the staffing industry and will play a pivotal role in developing and executing growth strategies to drive business expansion and increase our market share.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Provide excellent service to new clients through a consultative approach to new business development
- Create fans of StaffBuildersHR by representing the company in our community and our industry
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective plans and strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships within assigned territory through market research and networking
- Address client needs and concerns promptly and efficiently, prioritizing client satisfaction
- Ensure diligent maintenance of the CRM by consistently updating with detailed notes at every stage of the sales process
Who We’re Looking For :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B consultative sales with provable history of exceeding revenue goals required
- Minimum 3 years of staffing sales experience with an existing client base preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Strong understanding of staffing industry dynamics, including recruitment processes, workforce trends, and client needs
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to drive growth
- Proficiency in CRM software (Bullhorn Preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
