Position Overview

As a Technical Product Manager , you will play a pivotal role in defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and delivering products that meet customer and market needs.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to translate vision into actionable product roadmaps and bring innovative products to market.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to develop product specifications, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine product direction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable product features.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, including post-launch analysis and iteration.
  • Ensure product performance aligns with KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs in the development process.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of product development projects.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and experience working with engineering teams.
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of SaaS products, APIs, or other technical platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead product initiatives from concept to launch, balancing business needs with technical requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter with a passion for building products that solve real-world problems.
