We offer a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus for candidates with 1 or more years of experience.
- Contribute to the provision and management of care for adolescent patients
- Assist in developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as needed
- Document patient care and progress accurately and timely
- Stay updated with evidence-based nursing practices and contribute to team development
- Advocate for patients and ensure their safety and satisfaction
