Category Insights Manager - Atlanta, GA Department : Business Development Reports to : Director of Business Development AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Utilize internal and external data sources (VIP, Nielsen, Circana, Beer Institute, etc.) to identify opportunities and threats within the category.
  • Captain the creation and implementation of new tools and processes to enhance Tilray’s category insight capabilities.
  • Analyze sales data and market dynamics to develop insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create and present detailed reports and presentations outlining category & business performance, trends, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Drive recommendations to optimize assortment, innovation, pricing, promotion, and placement strategies.
  • Assist Marketing and National Accounts with ad hock analyses, data requests, and presentation support.
  • Aid in presentation creation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in BevAlc category management, business insights and / or national accounts
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills is a must
  • Strong working knowledge of syndicated data sources
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI Experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to build and communicate professional presentations.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multi-task under tight constraints and continuously meet deadlines.
