Category Insights Manager - Atlanta, GA Department : Business Development Reports to : Director of Business Development AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Utilize internal and external data sources (VIP, Nielsen, Circana, Beer Institute, etc.) to identify opportunities and threats within the category.
- Captain the creation and implementation of new tools and processes to enhance Tilray’s category insight capabilities.
- Analyze sales data and market dynamics to develop insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Create and present detailed reports and presentations outlining category & business performance, trends, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Drive recommendations to optimize assortment, innovation, pricing, promotion, and placement strategies.
- Assist Marketing and National Accounts with ad hock analyses, data requests, and presentation support.
- Aid in presentation creation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in BevAlc category management, business insights and / or national accounts
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills is a must
- Strong working knowledge of syndicated data sources
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI Experience is a plus.
- Must be able to build and communicate professional presentations.
