Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or redirect calls as necessary
- Scan and organize documents into the CRM system for easy access and retrieval
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the filing system
- Use various software including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry and document management
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize ADP Financial Services for managing and processing financial information
- Develop and maintain charts and graphs to represent data and reports
- Draft and manage correspondence with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all data entry tasks are completed with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize the About Time system for efficient time management and task scheduling.
