We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role is primarily focused on managing and maintaining files and documents, and involves a variety of tasks, including answering phones and scanning documents into a CRM system.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or redirect calls as necessary
  • Scan and organize documents into the CRM system for easy access and retrieval
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the filing system
  • Use various software including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry and document management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Utilize ADP Financial Services for managing and processing financial information
  • Develop and maintain charts and graphs to represent data and reports
  • Draft and manage correspondence with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure all data entry tasks are completed with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilize the About Time system for efficient time management and task scheduling.
