Job Summary
Summary : The Restaurant and Cafés Services Runner is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Services Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepares work station for service, including, but not limited to coffee, linens, risers, menu tags, menus, products, registers, heat lamps, refrigerators and general supplies.
- Ensures, stocks and deliver unexpired products from storage areas, warehouse and kitchen.
- Understands all stand set ups, menus, product offerings, side dishes, condiments, allergens, and packaging.
- Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
- Ensures additional stock transferred during an event is delivered in a timely manner and is communicated properly to the Stand Lead.
- Performs equipment inventory as needed.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of work station and service area, including waste management and deep cleaning.
- Delivers exceptional service.
- Acts with a sense of urgency with respect to guest and event needs.
- Ensures assigned work is complete by end of shift and report status to Stand Lead including any unfinished work.
