Haley Marketing is a digital and recruitment marketing firm serving the staffing industry (actually, we’re the biggest in the world in this niche).

As a Recruitment Marketing Strategy Consultant with our team, you’ll be helping us expand a new division of our company.

You’ll work with staffing company owners and industry executives to teach them about recruitment marketing, develop recruitment marketing roadmaps for their companies, and sell Haley Marketing’s recruitment marketing services (yup, this is a sales job but a highly consultative one!).

How Will You Make an Impact?

You will play a pivotal role in generating exponential growth for our recruitment marketing division. You’ll be the lead person responsible for bringing in new clients.

You’ll consult with clients and sell services related to our four pillars of recruitment marketing programmatic job advertising, career site development, social recruiting and employment branding.

You will help staffing agencies create recruitment marketing plans that deliver their jobs and content to the right candidate at the right time.

And ultimately, your recommendations will result in a lot of people landing better jobs!

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult! We want you to become the staffing industry’s most trusted recruitment marketing consultant (don’t worry, we’ll provide LOTS of help to get you there!).
  • Advise! Develop recruitment marketing roadmaps (strategies) and proposals for services. You’ll implement the roadmap process we’ve created to offer great recruitment marketing advice.
  • Sell! We don’t expect you to sell stuff on your own. We’re actually pretty good at marketing, and we’ll provide you with integrated direct marketing campaigns to get doors opened with targeted companies we just need you to be persistent about follow up.
  • Build your brand! We want you to be visible in the staffing industry by attending selected industry conferences and actively sharing all the content we create.
  • Strengthen our brand! Haley Marketing already has a pretty strong reputation in the staffing industry we want you to help us make it even stronger by showing the industry everything we can do to help them with their recruitment marketing.

Minimum requirements

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting and the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proven track record as a consultant, recruiter, or business development professional with exceptional remote presentation skills we do almost all our selling long distance, so you’ll need to be a master of online presentations.
