Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Mid-Level Transactional Attorney, with Mergers and Acquisition Experience
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Georgia bar license.
- Transactional law experience, with a focus on M&A required .
- Strong legal research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing and contributing to transactional matters .
- Ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to support and grow our international practice.
