VP Enterprise Sales

As a VP of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for sourcing new commercial client opportunities through prospecting, networking, and fostering consultant relationships with clients of 10-25K lives.

You will need to understand and target opportunities based on size, region, quality, and firmographic information that best align with SurgeryPlus.

This role will be a subject matter expert on contracting with the ability to articulate SurgeryPlus' value proposition and competitive differentiation.

You will need to work collaboratively with peers to quantify and manage all aspects of the sales process and projects, balancing both client and internal team objectives and communications.

This position will report into the Chief Growth Officer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in direct sales or sales management
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex ideas to a wide-ranging audience.
  • Ability to work across multiple levels of client management, including senior level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle client escalations.
  • Ability to perform successfully in a high-pressure, fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
