RESPONSIBILITIES As the Commercial Lines Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing agency performance and fostering leadership within the team.
Lead by example, developing internal leaders and guiding team members to achieve their training goals. Hold regular meetings to gather input on agency efficiency and collaborate on solutions.
Participate in marketing new business opportunities and review carrier books to maximize revenue potential. Ensure plans to meet agency objectives are effectively executed and monitored.
Manage new business accounts by identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions to drive revenue growth. Performance Measures : Utilize relevant IT programs to enhance team efficiency.
Model behaviors aligned with the Sylvia Group’s brand and uphold service standards. Take ownership of commitments and deadlines, being a reliable resource for team members.
Stay updated on market trends and seek educational opportunities to enhance agency expertise. Foster connections, mentor others, and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Salary range is $120,000 - 150,000 per year, based on experience. We're an equal opportunity employer.
