Responsibilities
- You will develop and implement a common and aligned communications strategy / guideline.
- Ensure all communications are consistent, and aligned with the goals and messaging of the organization.
- Foster collaboration and information sharing across different teams by reducing friction points.
- Enhance the cohesiveness of operations and programs through improved communication practices.
- Establish and lead a central communications team dedicated to developing and sharing the story of Studio Operations.
- Ensure all initiatives and efforts within each group are effectively communicated, enhancing visibility and understanding of their contributions.
- You will create a clear and consistent communications strategy that includes content programming and clear audience targeting.
- Improve the effectiveness of communications by ensuring that the right messages reach the right audiences at the right times.
- Create a unified identity for Studio Operations making it easier for partners to recognize and engage with the group.
Experience :
- Creative mindset with the ability to create compelling stories and messages.
- A strategic thinker with relationship and collaboration skills. Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
- Proven experience in a senior communications role, preferably within a large organization.
- 12+ years of experience at the intersection of employee communications and purpose programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of branding and audience targeting. Understanding of the evolving digital communications landscape.
- Public Relations, English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills in narrative and message development with experience in purpose, issues management, leadership communications, employee communications and corporate reputation.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) :
º $185,300 - $278,800 USD Annually
New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo) :
º $172,100 - $278,800 USD Annually
Jersey City, NJ :
º $217,900 - $278,800 USD Annually
Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs) :
º $180,100 - $237,200 USD Annually
Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) :
º $172,100 - $271,200 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical / dental / vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
