Marketing Manager - Contract Research Organisation (CRO) / Biotech (CA Residents Only)

In this critical role, you'll :
- Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that amplify our CRO / Biotech services.
- Collaborate with scientific leaders to develop compelling content, translating complex scientific data into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
- Orchestrate engaging webinars, analyze website traffic for strategic optimization, and manage our presence at key scientific conferences.
- Push boundaries, innovating new presentation formats to showcase our CRO / Biotech solutions.
- Partner with the California-based business development team to drive lead generation and support impactful marketing initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate :
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in the CRO / Biotech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- California residency.
- Experience executing marketing campaigns specifically targeted towards CRO / Biotech audiences.
- Familiarity with industry-specific marketing platforms and tools.
- Stellar communication, problem-solving skills, and a thirst for continuous learning.
- Collaborative spirit with a positive attitude for a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to San Diego and San Francisco for monthly meetings.
