Manager / Director

Commonwealth Sciences, Inc. is a professional recruiting firm specializing in the life sciences, more specifically pre-clinical drug discovery.

We’re looking to expand into complimentary markets such as Clinical / Regulatory disciplines, Health Care, Medical Device, Scientific IT, etc.

Responsibilities would include overseeing and managing expansion into the above described markets. This would include developing and executing plans for staffing, sales, managing profit & loss, developing protocols and quality control standards, identifying market opportunities, building a corporate structure to support expansion, etc.

This position would report directly to the owner.

Qualifications must include a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years working directly in agency staffing. Experience should also include a minimum of 3 years supervising or managing staff.

The ideal applicant will also be technically savvy, an excellent communicator, have a strong knowledge of the latest industry recruiting tools and digital marketing options.

Experience working in scientific, clinical or health care specialties is highly preferred. Must be able to work on-site in Norwood MA as well as some remote work, and have the ability to travel.
