As a Mid-Market Business Development Account Manager at blueStone, you’ll be at the heart of driving our growth . Every day, you’ll identify and connect with new clients , showing them how our contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire solutions can meet their unique staffing needs.

It’s about building strong, lasting relationships understanding each client’s goals and offering tailored solutions that help them succeed.

You’ll consistently hit your targets, track performance in Bullhorn , and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Additionally, you'll manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, addressing their needs and resolving any challenges that arise.

What You Bring :

We’re looking for a driven, client-focused professional who excels at building meaningful relationships and driving results.

Here's what will set you up for success :

  • Staffing Expertise : Strong knowledge of the staffing industry, with valuable insights into IT staffing trends and technologies.
  • Proven Sales Experience : 2+ years of business development experience, particularly in staffing sales, with a successful track record of exceeding targets.
  • Client-Focused : Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, ensuring personalized service and strong relationships.
  • Interpersonal Excellence : Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, enabling you to build trust and influence key decision-makers.
  • CRM Proficiency : Experience using CRM tools to effectively manage account activities and sales pipelines.
  • Organizational Mastery : Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
