Description :

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides / Certified Caregivers to join our team at our Liliha and Kane'ohe facilities in Honolulu, Hawaii.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our elderly patients, providing essential care and support.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver personalized services based on each patient's unique care plan.
• Assist elderly patients with various daily activities, including feeding, bed care, and mobility.
• Thoroughly monitor vital signs and meticulously document each patient's health status.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment to promote the overall well-being of our patients.
• Provide companionship and unwavering emotional support to prevent feelings of loneliness.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments and run necessary errands.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements :

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

Additional education and certifications as a Nurses' Assistant, Nurse Aide, or Certified Caregiver are preferred.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is required.

Additionally, a valid HI state driver's license with a safe driving record, knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and office procedures, excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to be flexible, organized, and meet deadlines are essential for success in this role.
