Job Details :
- Pay : $105 Hr.
- Coverage dates : ASAP Ongoing (Prefer 6 month + commitment but will review 3 months with option to extend)
- Setting : Clinic
- Schedule : 10 : 30a-7 : 00p - 40 Hours weekly - Rotating coverage every other weekend with days off during week
- No Call
- Daily Responsibilities : Family Practice / Medicine - Colds / Flu / Diabetes / Hypertension / B &B Primary Care setting
- Patients per shift : Estimated 3-4 patients per hour 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift
- EMR : Epic
- Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff : 5 Providers that work 9a-9p and 4 providers that work 10a-10p
- Credentialing timeframe : Estimated 60-90 Days
Requirements :
- Active unrestricted CA License & Furnishing License
- Active BLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Vaccination Requirement : Required with Booster
- Board Certified
- Full-time coverage is mandatory no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
