The Project Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of projects that support clinical services, clinical research, and public health projects for the PH2S / HealthNow Program.
This includes developing project plans, evaluating potential projects, developing workflows, interacting with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed with deliverables met, on time, and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop project plans and timelines
May help manage budgets and track expenses
Coordinate with stakeholders, including researchers, and regulatory or funding agencies
Ensure that projects are completed to specified metrics
Prepare reports and presentations on project progress, work with data manage to obtain data for reporting
Identify and mitigate risks
Manage project change requests
Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a health field or a related field
2 years of experience in managing complex projects with focus in clinical services, clinical research, or public health
Strong understanding of regulations in relevant project areas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
