As a Patient Care Navigator , you are a forward thinker and compassionate care advocate. Youll guide patients through a care journey that ensures a great experience and the best-individualized outcomes for their health.
As part of this team, youll coordinate with the doctor, anticipate needs, and help patients make decisions that support their well-being.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Carmel, Indiana.
What you'll do :
Patient Care and Client Support :
- Serve as patients' primary point of contact, guiding them through their healthcare journey
- Work with clients to help them in their decision-making process for potential services
- Educate clients on all the services we offer to increase their wellness journey
- Conduct pre-appointment calls to gather patient information and set expectations
- Follow up with patients post-appointment to ensure they understand their treatment plans
- Explain the value of our practice's services to potential patients and address their concerns
- Provide information and recommendations to help patients make informed decisions about their care
Administrative and Team Coordination :
- Manage patient records and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained
- Coordinate with our offshore team members to handle administrative tasks
- Assist with various office tasks as needed, demonstrating a team-oriented attitude
- Collaborate with the medical assistant and other team members

Experience and Skills Needed :
- Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about customer experience
- You enjoy asking for business in a non-salesy manner, meaning you make recommendations that are best for the customer / patient, you help them come to their own conclusions by asking questions, and by doing so you naturally upsell and cross-sell by doing.
Ultimately, you help the practice continually have loyal customers, patients, and referrals.
- Relevant experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient with technology, including phones, texting, and computers
- Use of project management software, like Asana or Monday.com is helpful. This practice uses Asana
- Valuable experience in a healthcare setting or knowledge of medical terminology is helpful
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and project management software, would be beneficial
