Soliant is seeking a dedicated OT to join our team and contribute to improving functional abilities across diverse populations.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT certification
- State licensure in Occupational Therapy or eligibility for licensure is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with diverse populations is preferred
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional abilities
- Provide skilled therapy services to address fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living, and more
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Maintain meticulous documentation tracking client progress accurately
