Compensation :
$60,000 - $100,000+ commission-based earnings
Responsibilities :
- Drive sales and business development through networking and nurturing relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm by learning and role-playing.
- Take advantage of mentoring opportunities from experienced agents.
- Take part in structured coaching and training to maximize business growth.
- Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new customers.
Qualifications :
- Must have an NH and / or MA Real Estate license or soon-to-be licensed
- Career-focused
- Team player
- Mentoring program available - be mentored by a top team member
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, proactive, and works well under pressure
- A great team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
