- Lead Our Team : Provide strong, collaborative leadership to our dedicated staff.
- Focus on Business Development : Develop and execute strategies to grow our census and build relationships within the surrounding community.
- Be Present, Be Engaged : Make regular rounds, connect with residents, and actively participate in facility operations.
Qualifications :
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with 3+ years of experience.
- Passion for quality care and resident well-being.
- Collaborative leadership style with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business development experience and a focus on community outreach a plus.
