Together these facilities offer patients the bestrehab and nursing care they can obtain after their hospitaldischarge.
- Licensed Practical Nurse LPN willprovide daily support to the unit leadership & respondappropriately / timely to resident / family needs within the LPN scopeof practice
- LPN will use nursing processjudgment & ss to set priorities necessary to deliver qualitydirect resident care & make decisions promoting thesafety / quality direct care toresidents
- Licensed Practical Nurse LPN willperform / administer standard nursing treatments and / or medications& observes resident for desired or unwantedeffects
- Communicate & collaborate withappropriate member(s) within the care team to revise / update theNursing Care Plan or any pertinent findings including lab / testresults incidents & / or concerns
- LicensedPractical Nurse LPN will monitor & doent vitals treatmentsadministered & residents responses
- Prepareorganize oversee monitor & evaluate delivery of care ofresident CNA ignments & activities considering the category ofneeds & competency of personnel
Requirements :
- Graduate of an approved school ofNursing
- Licensed & currently registered ingood standing in New York as an LPN
- Dedicatedto providing extraordinary clinically sound & compionatecare
- Must possess a spirit of cooperationcaring & enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive torehabilitation & optimal residenthealth
- Genuinely interested in helping illinjured disabled elderly emotionally upset & sometimeschallenging residents
- Have excellentcommunication customer service & organizationss
- Work well under pressure & willing towork harmoniously with all staff
