Think Tell Junction is seeking a welcoming and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our New Orleans, LA office.
As a Receptionist, you’ll create a positive first impression for our clients and visitors and provide vital support to our office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and is highly organized.
Responsibilities :
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including mail distribution and supply management.
- Provide support to various departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
