Position Overview :

Trashie is thrilled to expand its sales leadership team with the addition of a Director of Enterprise Sales. This pivotal role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and requires a strategic visionary to drive the acquisition of new enterprise B2B partnerships.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies for lead generation, creating compelling sales materials, and formulating go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate is a well-connected, personable, and results-driven professional. In this leadership position, you will have comprehensive ownership of B2B business development strategy, managing the sales pipeline, and aligning marketing and commercial strategies to fuel business growth.

We have ambitious plans to rapidly scale our volume and client base, and we're seeking a dynamic leader to set the vision and lead efforts in revenue generation and partner funnel expansion.

Success in this role requires a proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player who is innovative, hands-on, and committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

The Director of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for leading and executing the enterprise sales strategy, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating high-value deals.

This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.

Additionally, the Director will mentor and lead the sales team, track performance metrics, and continuously refine processes to achieve ambitious growth targets.

The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in representing Trashie at industry events and fostering long-term partnerships that drive business expansion.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in sales and business development, in addition to a proven-track record in successfully launching and scaling B2B offerings with Enterprise prospects.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to open doors, close deals, and maintain strong relationships with both prospects and operational partners.

Existing relationships in fashion & apparel is a plus.

  • Experience improving processes and making recommendations to support a rapidly growing organization.
  • Experience creating, implementing and managing a partnerships pipeline, as well as leading internal and external partners in the execution of the funnel.
  • Strong strategic, analytical thinker with outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into key insights & summaries.
  • Impeccable presentation, communication and analytical skills.
  • Must have a no task is too small mentality and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced startup environment, balance competing priorities, and create structure and processes.
