Commercial Premix Project Manager
Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid)
The Commercial Premix Project Manager is a part of North America Health, Nutrition & Care (HNC) Commercial Management team, with primary responsibilities for driving the overall workflow execution of Premix Projects in the Prospect to Order pipeline and priority setting.
Will be primarily responsible for the Premix as a Product Implementation Standard Process Workflow & Project Management while facilitating the Tech Transfer Process to Premix Operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Project Management & Business Steering
- Drive regional commercial execution of MRS business development projects in accordance to funnel growth strategy
- Lead the planning and implementation; manage project timeline
- Coordinate with Operations to manage full costs to implement MRS projects
- Coordinate with other functional groups to create market assessments and pricing strategy; Sales, Technical, Marketing, Operations, Procurement
- Ensure timely updates from responsible stakeholders
- Update sales on progress of the project
- Lead, Manage and execute special premix projects where coordination is needed among functional groups
- Support of MRS Commercial business
Manage on-going commercial business issues as they arise (for example) :
- Updated pricing for existing projects as needed
- Coordinating responses to issues regarding execution of the business
- Manage the project dashboard and follow up on open price quotes with Sales
- Support and coordinate where required with process improvement initiatives (ie new MRS SAP procedures)
- Analyze & define gaps and issues with MRS execution to work toward continuous process and workflow improvement.
Support :
- Validation of annual contracts and terms, including surcharges and penalties
- Commercial operation and system trainings to new employees
- Various commercial initiatives (for both MRS and non-MRS)

You Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance; MBA a plus
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a comparable role, preferably in the human nutrition industry.
- Strong analytical skill is a must. Must be able to connect data with businesses and use data to make business decisions.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills along with the ability to conduct effective presentations to external as well as internal personnel.
- Experience in working in fast-moving, matrix organizations
- Position holder should have relevant experience, i.e. product commercial management, sales, or strategic marketing.
- Must have strong organizational, conceptual, analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced excel skills; SAP experiences a plus
