Inventory Coordinator

  • Maintain accurate stock count.
  • Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
  • Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels.
  • Suggest solutions for continuous improvements.
  • Communicates with co-workers, Plant Managers / Supervisors to ensure accurate reporting, material usage, and labor reporting.
  • Reviews and audits inventory reports and transactions electronically.
  • Research, Analyze, and Reconcile all variances reported.
  • Perform necessary inventory reconciliation for items.
  • Rectify Receiving, Picking, and Replenishment errors in a timely fashion.
  • Completes requests from Purchasing, AP or Production Manager

Requirements

  • 1+ years of manufacturing environment experience.
  • 1+ years of inventory related experience and previous warehouse experience desired.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles concerning inventory, sales, and gross margin.
  • Must have 1+ years ERP system experience and will need to possess the analytical skills to interpret data and summarize findings to management.
  • Syteline ERP experience highly preferred.
  • 1+ year Warehouse Management Software experience (WMS) required.
  • 1+ years’ experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Modula Vertical Lift and Auto Tool Crib preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team structure to stay on schedule.
  • Able to communicate effectively with a team.
  • Has prior experience utilizing Modula Vertical Lift and Auto Tool Crib preferred.
  • Has prior experience utilizing stand-up and sit-down forklifts required, electric preferred.
  • Uses measuring tools such as squares, scales, rulers, and tapes accurately.
  • Ability to analyze data electronically. Ability to edit data in a quick and highly accurate manner.
  • Uses equipment to lift or move sheets of metal, push or pull up to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements :

  • Must be able to complete physical assessment.
  • Regularly lift and / or move objects 10-50 pounds.
  • Frequently lift and / or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Climb ladders of varying heights
  • Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
