Job Title : Senior Project Manager

Overview : We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial construction to join a leading general contracting firm.

This role will involve overseeing and managing multiple projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
  • Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues or conflicts as they arise.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial construction, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams towards achieving project objectives.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality.
