Proactive Sales & Back-office administration :

• Welcoming walk-in clientele with care and providing expertise and product knowledge.
• Receiving, inputting, and pricing intake in a timely manner and in keeping with current market trends.
• Ensuring thorough data-capture and following through with tracking and client outreach efforts for both customers and consignors.
• Staying aware of and highlighting both new arrivals and current inventory through merchandising, social media and in-person communications
• Regularly updating social media and responding to requests in a proactive and timely manner throughout the day.

Coordinating with management on a day-to-day basis :

• Anticipate daily operational issues and propose and / or coordinate suggestions with management.
• Ensure that all company policies & procedures are effectively applied and enforced in the store and throughout all professional interactions.

Job Type : Full-time, In Person

Experience :

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years relevant professional experience or 5 years applicable professional experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable about women’s luxury brands and products.
• Ability to develop and grow a client base.
• Strong organizational and logistical skills.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Two plus years working for a luxury and / or high end contemporary brands.
• Strong social media skills
• Experience in the resale industry
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands
• Knowledge of vintage pieces and estate jewelry is a plus
• Experience building and managing your own client book
