- Sale of Metro and local transit passes, EZ Pass, Smartrip cards, and other forms of transportation passes
- Strong customer service skills
- Providing trip planning / pricing information
- Keeping up to date with scheduled routes, updates, and changes
- Completing daily paperwork
- On-time and reliable performance is a must
- 3 - years of customer service experience in the Hospitality or Retail industry
- Stable employment history
- Outgoing personality a must
- Willing to learn and promote all transportation options to customers aggressively
