Mosaic Construction is a full-service, design / build, General Contractor that excels at commercial, multifamily, medical, hospitality, cannabis and residential projects and is a brand affiliated with Design Construction Concepts and Cannabis Facility Construction.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects on-time and within budget.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure project goals and timelines are met.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure profitability and cost controls on assigned projects
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
  • Coordinate with architects, design professionals, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Communicate project progress and potential issues to stakeholders
  • Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes
  • Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports to clients
  • Manage project change requests and negotiate changes with stakeholders
  • Ensure project quality control and safety protocols are followed
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and records
  • Provide leadership and guidance to production team members

Requirements :

  • Associate degree, Bachelor's degree (construction management or related field preferred)
  • At least 10 years of experience working for a commercial general contractor
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry regulations and codes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in construction software and project management tools (Procore) as well as scheduling software (Microsoft Project)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
