About this role :

As a senior RingCentral Product Manager specializing in Generative and Predictive AI solutions for voice and omnichannel communication, your role will entail a blend of product management expertise, technical acumen, and strategic vision.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across engineering, design, and program operations to drive the development and execution of AI-driven products within the RingCentral ecosystem.

This role will be a hybrid employee role based out of our Belmont, CA headquarters.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth research on Generative and Predictive AI machine learning models, tooling, and applications within the context of voice and omnichannel communication, identifying market opportunities and competitive landscapes.
  • Write detailed requirements (JIRA, PRDs, etc.) that are engineering actionable based on discussions, influence and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Articulate the Total Addressable Market (TAM) by analyzing pain points and priorities of target users, thereby defining a clear strategy for market penetration and growth.
  • Lead the creation of Minimal Viable Product (MVP) definitions and product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer value propositions and differentiation strategies.
  • Establish measurable milestones and key metrics to evaluate project success, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Design user and buyer persona journeys to optimize product user experience and facilitate effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Validate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demonstrations with key customers and prospects, leveraging their feedback to drive product adoption.
  • Execute the product plan to meet aggressive milestones and successfully launch products.
  • Iterate on customer and stakeholder feedback to address friction points and optimize adoption rates.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; a Master’s (MBA) degree is strongly preferred.
  • 6 - 8 years of progressive experience in product management, particularly with technical products.
  • Proven track record in building products utilizing Generative and Predictive AI technologies, leveraging open-source solutions or LLMs from hyperscalers.
  • Deep understanding of emerging trends in Generative AI.
  • Experience in launching enterprise SaaS solutions, focusing on UCaaS / CCaaS, including onboarding early adopters and scaling via automation.

  • Strategic, critical, and creative thinking abilities and a strong business sense.
  • Proficiency in working within cross-functional team environments.
  • Experience in defining epics and writing user stories, along with expertise in design thinking and UX / UI best practices.
