We are partnered with a top General Contractor who has a phenomenal reputation in the Wisconsin market, as well as nationally.

They are on the search for someone who still wants to grow with a firm. You will use your expertise to secure work with current and new clients.

The company has been in business over 100 years with a very strong pipeline of commercial work. They are looking to expand their construction team as part of their growth plan by hiring a Project Manager with Industrial experience to take on some key responsibilities.

Job Details

Qualifications :

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need :

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, specifically within the construction industry.

2. Proven experience managing Industrial, Food & Beverage, and Food Processing projects.

3. A strong understanding of construction processes, machinery, and industry regulations.

4. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

6. A results-driven approach, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

7. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.

8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

9. Willingness to travel on-site a few days every-other week.
