Position Title : (RBT)
Location : Alpharetta, GA in clinic
Hours : Full Time. Monday through Friday
Job Summary :
WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will assist BCBA / LBAs in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA / LBA for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings
- Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
- Support BCBA / LBA in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction
- Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
- Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA / LBA
Qualifications :
- RBT certification or willing to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children with ASD
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
