- Greet all clients and attorneys that arrive, escorting to proper destination
- Answer phones, dispatch calls, take messages
- Book conference rooms
- Setting up conference rooms
- Order catering for meetings
- Clerical duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction, courteous and professional service
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree - required
- Experience in luxury hotel / corporate reception
