They are seeking an experienced Senior Demolition Superintendent to lead and manage demolition projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of hands-on experience in demolition and site supervision, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Focus :
- Oversee all phases of demolition projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Oversee and synchronize on-site teams, guaranteeing that every crew member possesses the requisite skills and tools to handle equipment with precision and caution.
- Deploy specialized mechanical insights to maximize project efficacy, drawing on a deep understanding of cutting-edge demolition technologies, from nimble excavators to high-rise lifting apparatus.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including maintaining certifications and implementing fall protection measures.
Skill Set :
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in demolition, with a strong background in superintendent roles.
- Extensive knowledge of demolition equipment and machine operator capabilities, particularly with Bobcats and cranes.
- Spanish language skills are a plus, though not required.
- OSHA 30 Certification and Fall Protection Certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
