They are seeking an experienced Senior Demolition Superintendent to lead and manage demolition projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of hands-on experience in demolition and site supervision, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Focus :

  • Oversee all phases of demolition projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
  • Oversee and synchronize on-site teams, guaranteeing that every crew member possesses the requisite skills and tools to handle equipment with precision and caution.
  • Deploy specialized mechanical insights to maximize project efficacy, drawing on a deep understanding of cutting-edge demolition technologies, from nimble excavators to high-rise lifting apparatus.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including maintaining certifications and implementing fall protection measures.

Skill Set :

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in demolition, with a strong background in superintendent roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of demolition equipment and machine operator capabilities, particularly with Bobcats and cranes.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus, though not required.
  • OSHA 30 Certification and Fall Protection Certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards on every project.
