Our client is seeking a strong HRIS professional with extensive reporting and analytics experience.
This is a 4 day in office role with one day remote, please do NOT apply if you are not comfortable being in office
100-115k Base Salary
Job Duties :
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and
policies.
Monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for
improvement.
Support HR projects and initiatives with data analysis and reporting.
HRIS Management :
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, including testing and training.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HRIS functionality and streamline processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues in a timely manner.
Data Integrity and Compliance :
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and data cleansing
activities.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate on the development and enforcement of data governance standards and
practices.
Project Management :
- Support HRIS-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Training and Support :
Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on HRIS functionality and best
practices.
Create and maintain data dictionary, audit guides and BI / report mapping
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 5-8 years of progressive HRIS experience OR Combination of HR Generalist + HRIS
- Strong analytical and reporting skills required
- Must be able to work in office 4 days
