As a Senior Global Competitive Intelligence Manager for our Infusion Therapies and Technologies business, you play a crucial role as advisor to the commercial team and executives by providing insights to help positively influence and craft strategic decisions.
You will continuously analyze external market and competitive dynamics to support and drive continued market leadership in our core business and successful expansion into adjacent segments.
You will also regularly disseminate significant CI insights and corresponding implications to key partners within the business and executives at Baxter.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and handle a range of intelligence assets, from earnings analysis to in-depth competitive studies, market landscape assessments, patent filings, and data-driven dashboards
- Proactively monitor top competitors and develop competitive analyses to support monthly communications to key customers outlining potential impact to Baxter
- Track key market trends, predict high impact changes, and develop opportunity assessments across served markets
- Full ownership of compiling annual market model updates based on internal and external sources to define product segment CAGRs / WAMRs
- Consistently innovate and craft new visualizations, frameworks and content to level up CI tracking and align with the needs of our internal partners
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in business preferred
- 5+ years of proven success in an insights-related role. Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Stakeholder Engagement : forge positive relationships with business leaders to understand primary strategies and difficulties, become a trusted advisor, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure competitive content is strategically aligned and impactful
- Research mentality : consistently build knowledge with a focus on developing insights that can support strategic and tactical decisions
- Positive demeanor and a growth mindset
