The Position :

We are seeking an on site Admissions Support Associate for our office located in Maumee, OH. As the backbone of our admissions processes, the Online Admissions Support Associate plays a vital role in attracting and enrolling top-tier students.

Principal Duties :

• Serve as the backbone to the admissions process for our students, supporting a local and national team of admissions advisors.
• Support and maintain our enterprise, student-centered enrollment workflows and processes.
• Directly assist applicants in completing the steps in their enrollment processes via phone call, email and text.
• Serve as a key liaison across the other departments to ensure an operationally efficient, premium student experience, including financial aid, student services and career services.
• Event planning and assisting in organizing open houses, recruitment events, and school events.
• Follow and adhere to the compliance, regulatory, and procedural processes.
• Flexible to work evening and weekend shifts as your team needs to achieve its goals.
• Maintain the office administrative functions, cleanliness, resolving office issues and other admin duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in reception or office management required
• Experience working in an admissions office or higher education a plus
• Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working experience with computer systems and software like Google Suites, Microsoft Suites, CRM updates and other online-based software
• Ability to multitask, manage projects and keep meticulous records
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
• Working knowledge or interest in the cannabis industry and cannabis education is a plus
• This is an in-person office position for Maumee, OH. Must live within a commutable distance to the office.
