Day to Day Responsibilities :
- Analyze inventory reports daily to anticipate inventory problems and / or shortages, future supply, and logistical needs
- Execute, Monitor, and address issues with PO submission for applicable raw material & device suppliers
- Ensure timely availability of consolidated forecast to RMD Category Managers for submission to suppliers
- Oversight and maintenance of Suppliers’ order confirmations to ensure ERP system alignment
- Supports recovery plans and network allocations in shortage situations
- Support QC prioritization in conjunction with site as needed
- Creates and maintains source master data in SAP and RapidResponse
- Review network-wide master data and address issues with appropriate data owners to ensure accuracy and consistency across sites
- Find opportunities to optimize order management ( order consolidation, order frequency, minimum order quantities, etc.)
- Serves as primary interface with Global and Site Planning for supplier order prioritization as needed
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree and years of experience in Supply Chain Or Associate degree and years of experience in Supply Chain Or High school diploma / GED and years of experience in Supply Chain
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or life science or advanced degree
- Demonstrated experience in a continuous improvement role applying tools, methodologies and change management ( Lean, Six Sigma)
- Demonstrated experience leading product teams.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and establish and maintain working relationships with a variety of individuals and groups
- Proven communication and facilitation and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience in SAP and RapidResponse ERP environments
- Experience in tools such as Smartsheet, Spotfire, Tableau
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to implement and lead sophisticated projects and programs
Top Must Have Skill Sets :
- Systems knowledge (SAP and Rapid Response)
- Prior Planning and Procurement experience
- Attention to detail
Nice to have :
Previous experience working in cross functional teams
Compensation :
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
