Experienced applicants start with up to $40,000 compensation based on proven performance. This base compensation includes activity bonuses.
Additionally, there is an opportunity for $25,000 or more in commission in the first year. You will also benefit from work-from-home flexibility and additional development opportunities, making this the perfect opportunity to transfer your skills to our agency and grow your career.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance proposals, make sales presentations, and close new business.
- Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals.
Requirements
- Prior Sales Experience is a MUST!
- A Property & Casualty license is REQUIRED!
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, with a willingness to train.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
