Some of our key Core network products & solutions include PCRF for Data & VoLTE, Converged Real-time Rating & Charging, Unified Policy control & charging etc.
with Digital Stack offering consisting of Telecom Big Data Analytics platform, Loyalty & Campaign Management, Omnichannel Self-care, Mediation, eKYC, Mobile Financial Services / Mobile Money / Electronic Top-up, Consolidated Messaging Platforms (USSD Gateway, SMSC, and Notifications) etc.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Existing Account Management (40%) :
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current telecom clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Resolve any issues or concerns to maintain strong partnerships
- Co-ordinate with internal teams for any escalations and take the lead with clients to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure a high level of Financial management in terms of Invoicing and collection.
2. Account Farming (30%) :
- Develop strategies to expand business within the current client base
- Identify new departments or divisions that could benefit from BSS / OSS solutions
- Create tailored proposals for additional products or services
- Collaborate with technical teams to design expanded solution offerings
- Negotiate contract expansions and renewals
3. New Account Hunting (30%) :
- Identify and pursue new potential clients in the telecom industry
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts
- Build relationships with decision-makers in prospective client organisations
- Create compelling pitches and presentations for new business opportunities
- Navigate complex sales cycles to close deals with new clients
Required Skills :
- Deep understanding of telecom industry trends and BSS / OSS technologies
- Proven track record in account management, farming, and new business development
- Excellent and proven track record of participating in RFI / RFP and submitting the techno-commercial proposal
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to balance multiple priorities across existing and new accounts
Experience : 15+ years of experience in Telecom VAS, OSS and BSS.
Ideal Candidate :
