WE ARE OFFERING A $1500 HIRING BONUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STARTING RATES VARY FROM $15.27 plus Biweekly ARPA Bonus for (DSP)
Mesa, Gilbert, Phoenix and Chandler locations - WEEKENDS ONLY!
We are also looking for an LPN to work Friday through Sunday at our 5 person Chandler Residential home. $35.00 plus Biweekly ARPA Bonus
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties.
- Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
- Medication administration.
- Housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping and dusting.
Qualifications :
- Team member mindset.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Positive interaction with clients, their families, co-workers and management.
- Proficient written and verbal communication in English.
- Recognize and be responsive to the needs of clients.
- Ability to maintain calm, non-defensive and supportive attitude.
Certifications :
- Level 1 fingerprint clearance card ( AZ specific)
- First Aid / CPR
- Article 9 ( within 60 days of hire)
- Prevention and Support ( within 60 days of hire)
- Bonus is for a limited time only and may be subject to change. Bonus is given in three, $500 increments. At 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year of employment.
