LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Bookkeeper role open with our client in Winter Park, FL. This is an onsite , direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions for clients using QuickBooks accounting software.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including managing invoices and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare financial statements and reports summarizing client's financial status.
- Assist with payroll tax return preparation and reconciliation.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support overall client needs and objectives.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping (multi-company) and accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred.
- CPA certification or eligibility is a plus.
Salary
$60-80K
