Job Title : Sr. Project Manager-Integration-Dynamics Location : Remote-Some Travel to Ohio Duration : 6+ months Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies to lead and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, adept at handling project dynamics and integrations, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities : Project Planning and Management : Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
Agile Leadership : Implement and advocate Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc to ensure efficient project delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Mentor and guide team members on Agile best practices. Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to manage expectations and provide status updates.
Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project success. Address and resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly.
Integration Management : Oversee the integration of various project components, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
Coordinate with technical teams to manage system integrations and troubleshoot integration issues. Ensure compliance with integration standards and best practices.
Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to address emerging risks and issues.
Maintain comprehensive risk registers and documentation. Quality Assurance : Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Implement quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct project reviews and post-mortems to capture lessons learned and best practices.
Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and deliver regular project reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, action items, and change logs. Use project management tools and software for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP certification is required.
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar. Ability to travel 20-30% of the time as required.
Preferred Qualifications : Master's degree in a related field. Additional Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe Experience with digital transformation projects and technology integrations.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
